Terms of Service
Last updated 9 May 2026These terms govern access to and use of the Alpha Store platform by partner institutions and end customers. Partner institutions are also bound by the Master Services Agreement signed at onboarding, which prevails in case of conflict.
Scope
These terms apply to anyone accessing the platform through a partner institution's app, and to any developer using our sandbox. End users do not hold a standalone Alpha Store account.
Product delivery
Every purchase is typically delivered in five minutes, worst-case within one hour. A failed delivery is a non-debit; no refund request needed.
Refunds
Digital keys are non-refundable once successfully redeemed. Donations are final. Exceptions: clear errors on our side or the vendor's, resolved within 72 hours.
Acceptable use
No commercial reselling, no automated key harvesting, no money laundering, no breaches of international sanctions.
Warranties & liability
Service is provided 'as is' with best-effort SLAs. Liability cap in all cases: the value of the transaction in dispute.
Governing law & disputes
Iraqi law. Disputes before Baghdad commercial courts, or DIAC arbitration if both parties agree.
